	Jim has over twenty years experience in the field of design and management of recreation facilities and programs. For 15 years, he served as General Manager for various athletic and recreational facilities in Canada. Jim has also served for several years as a Management Consultant specializing in marketing, facility design and development, operations management, program planning and financial management for the recreation industry in both Canada and the United States.
	Kelly brings a wealth of ice programming and sales and marketing experience to the Firland team. Earning her business degree in Ottawa, Canada, Kelly worked as a manager for a golf and fitness center in addition to coaching and competing at a high level in figure skating. The Ottawa Senators of the National Hockey League employed Kelly in customer service and sales positions before she relocated to the U.S. Kelly was then employed in Dale City, Virginia at a twin sheet ice facility. As General Manager and Sales & Marketing Manager, she played an integral role in developing the figure skating programs. Kelly specializes in grassroots marketing and sales, a key area for ice rink and recreation operators in the U.S. and Canada.
